This is authentic Chinese chicken
rice which is famous among Asian people. This dish is a perfect to have in any
time especially lunch hour. To market this dish I have planned to sell it near
office area where it can easily be seen to all office people. Thus is a
strategic area and is walking distance for them. I will have even advanced
order and delivery service to marked up the sales in the shop. There is a
different type of chicken rice which is roasted chicken and steam chicken on
top of that there is free flow for the soup for walk in customer.
