A police car which was attacked by bersih 3.0 protesters here crashed into 3 people sitting by the road after the driver lost control of the vehicle.angry protester throw water bottles and stones at both vehicles, smashing their windscreen.the policeman inside the car seriously injured.the injured protester was rushed to a nearby hospital while the the other two escaped with minor injuries.The policeman ran but in his haste dropped his pistol , which was picked up a protester.witnesses said several policemen tried to go after the protester but he manages to slip into the crowd and disappeared.police tweeted later that the weapon had been recovered.

Mother Teresa (baptized August 27, 1910, in Skopje, Macedonia) taught in India for 17 years before she experienced her 1946 "call within a call" to devote herself to caring for the sick and poor and  She was summoned to Rome in 1968, and in 1979 received the Nobel Peace Prize for her humanitarian work.. This made it possible for her to extend the scope of her work.From 1931 to 1948 Mother Teresa taught at St. Mary's High School in Calcutta, but the suffering and poverty she glimpsed outside the convent walls made such a deep impression on her that in 1948 she received permission from her superiors to leave the convent school and devote herself to working among the poorest of the poor in the slums of Calcutta. This made it possible for her to extend the scope of her work.They provide effective help to the poorest of the poor in a number of countries in Asia, Africa, and Latin America, and they undertake relief work in the wake of natural catastrophes such as floods, epidemics, and famine, and for refugees. The order also has houses in North America, Europe and Australia, where they take care of the shut-ins, alcoholics, homeless, and AIDS sufferers.Mother Teresa's work has been recognised and acclaimed throughout the world and she has received a number of awards and distinctions, including the Pope John XXIII Peace Prize (1971) and the Nehru Prize for her promotion of international peace and understanding (1972). She also received the Balzan Prize (1979) and the Templeton and Magsaysay awards.

Mahatma Gandhi known as Mohandas Gandhi was born on October 2, 1869 in British India. He became the superlative political and ideological leader of India during the Indian independence movement. This concept helped India to gain independence, and inspired movements for civil rights and freedom across the world.He is an Indian nationalist leader and he born as Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi on October 2, 1869 in Porbandar, Kathiawar West India. He studied law in London and he went to South Africa, where he spent 20 years opposing discriminatory legislation against Indians on 1893.

Gandhi returned to India on 1914 where he supported the Home Rule movement and became leader of the Indian National Congress, advocating a policy of peaceful non co-operation to achieve independence. He struggled to improve poverty, liberty for women and put an end to caste discrimination, with the ultimate objective being self-rule for India.

In the following his civil waywardness fight 1919-22, he was jailed for scheme 1922-4.In 1930, he led a pointer 320 km / 200 marches to the sea to bring together salt in symbolic non-cooperation of the government monopoly. After his release from prison on 1931, he attended the London Round Table Conference on Indian constitutional reform. In 1946, he negotiated with the Cabinet Mission which recommended the new constitutional structure. After independence (1947), he tried to stop the Hindu Muslim conflict in Bengal, a policy which led to his shooting in Delhi by Nathuram Godse, a Hindu fanatic.

1 head romaine lettuce, leaves torn, left whole
1 cup large homemade croutons
¾ cup grated Romano cheese
Dressing:
1 cup mayonnaise

3 cloves garlic
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

1) In a large bowl, toss together lettuce, croutons, and cheese. Set aside.
