Caesar Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
1 head romaine lettuce, leaves torn, left whole
1 cup large homemade croutons
¾ cup grated Romano cheese
Dressing:
1 cup mayonnaise
¼ cup lemon juice
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
3 cloves garlic
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:
1) In a large bowl, toss together lettuce, croutons, and cheese. Set aside.

2) Combine dressing ingredients in a blender; puree until smooth. Drizzle over salad and toss gently. Serve on large plates.
